Considering and reviewing scientific articles offered for publication in the journal
"News of higher educational institutions Technology of light industry "
Providing a manuscript
1 Submissions should be sent to the Editor by email or in hard copy with the author’s original article printed , executed in accordance with the requirements of amended (the requirements for registration of original articles submitted to the journal's website or available on request edited by the author). At the same time , the original article is sent to the editor by e-mail .
2 The Printed manuscript should be identical to the electronic copy of the article. Pages of the manuscript should be carefully numbered.
3 Articles will be reviewed by the experts and members of the editorial board on the basis of :
- the written decision of the department ( research unit ), where the work has been performed. This decision will contain the recommendation of the article for publication in the journal . It should also be signed by the head of the department (research unit)
- written reviews of doctors of science, consultants
for graduate students, job seekers and other people who do not have any degree in science (without co-authorship with PhDs)
Doctor’s articles (including articles written with graduate students , applicants and other people who do not have any degree in science) accepted for review leader magazine columns without any solutions.
4 Editorial Board will notify the author (s) about the status of the article by email within 5 working days.. Terms of review process is determined by the editors. They include some conditions for maximum rapid publication of articles
Procedure for review
1 All applications for publishing scientific articles will be reviewed reviewed in refereed manor by mandatory members of the editorial board of the relevant specialty or by experts from the recommendation of the head
2 Executive secretary of the journal is responsible for the timely review of articles.
The following headings are currently open for publishing:
• PRODUCTION ORGANIZATION IN THE TEXTILE AND LIGHT INDUSTRY;
• CHEMICAL TECHNOLOGY IN TEXTILE AND LIGHT INDUSTRY;
• MATERIALS AND PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGIES IN THE TEXTILE AND LIGHT INDUSTRY;
• SYSTEMS ANALYSIS, AUTOMATION AND PROCESS CONTROL TEXTILE AND LIGHT INDUSTRY;
• EXCHANGE OF EXPERIENCES . SHORT REPORTS.
The subjects of open articles may change from release to release .
3 Articles are discussed at the editorial board meeting at which the review submitted at least by two members of the editorial board The review should be one in written and one in oral form . In that case, if the subject of the manuscript is in question , two written reviews of the editorial board members or experts must be submitted to the board . It is also allowed to obtain the board members decision by email
4 Review should contain:
A confirmation of the articles content assessment to its name ;
The assessment of the relevance , scientific novelty and practical significance of article ;
Specific comments and / or description of the merits of the article;
The appropriateness of article’s publishing in a specific section of the journal and article as a whole.
5 If the review contains recommendations for improving and finalizing the articles, the executive secretary sends the recommendations to the author with the proposal to include recommendations in a new version of the article or arguments to refute them . A new article is then sent to the author for review.
6 The review is confidential. Text of the review is presented to authors in writing ( electronic) form . The confidentiality can only be interrupted in case if there is a suspicion of falsification of material contained in article.
7 Article can be considered to be accepted for publication, not only when it collects all positive reviews , but also when it is supported by majority of its board members in the magazine. The publications in the journal Advanced Materials may not reflect the views of the editorial board . In case of deviation from the article published in the magazine editorial board author receives a reasoned refusal in writing (electronic) form .
